In addition to being master’s level licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT), certified neuroscience-informed clinician, certified clinical anxiety treatment professional, I am also a mom, and an ADHDer myself, I have studied, researched and gathered the most important bits of information that I’ve learned about ADHD and I am excited to share it all with you during this 3 hour class!
